Do you exercise? I know that there are some women who turn everything into a gym acrobatic event. They can’t eat, or blink without it holding some kind of exercise value.
I am not that girl. I kind of cringe when I think about the gym. Or eating right.
But lately I have taken up walking, and let me tell you, it has worked wonders for my stress, for my creativity…for me. I try to go early in the morning before the heat, or late in the evening, after the heat (even though the evening brings about animals and such…beware). Anyway, I find the right music, put in my earbuds, and go. It’s the perfect time to commune with God, awe at His creative hand in nature and revel in His glory. It’s a beautiful form of worship.
Speaking as a non-athletic, anti-working out, no-sweat girl, I implore you to get up, get out and get moving in some kind of capacity.
You will feel a whole lot better mentally, spiritually and emotionally!
